Balance for a Better Life


 Balance for a Better Life, a class designed for preventative balance awareness. We are all on the path to having balance issues as we age, and through this class we are trying to delay that process and continue to enjoy and participate daily in our lives.

 Balance for a better life is designed for people 30 and older who lead active lives. Anyone is welcome, especially if you have noticed little things and situations with your balance.

 The class consists of multiple sensory training,balance for a better life training and change of direction training.


 TEST TO SEE IF YOU NEED THIS CLASS

Close your eyes and stand on one foot for 30 seconds. If you can't make the time, you need the class.
